Minister Patricia Francourt visits Cheval Blanc Seychelles and DoubleTree by Hilton Seychelles Allamanda Resort and Spa
The Minister for Employment and Social Affairs, Mrs Patricia Francourt, accompanied by a delegation from the Department of Employment, conducted a ministerial visit to Cheval Blanc Seychelles in Anse Intendance and DoubleTree by Hilton Seychelles Allamanda Resort and Spa in Anse Forbans, both in the Takamaka district.
The delegation interacted with staff from all departments, who freely gave accounts of their conditions of employment.
Such visits enhance the Minister’s plan to create and maintain a positive and collaborative relationship between the Ministry and establishments.
A debriefing is being planned with senior management members of the two establishments at the Ministry of Employment and Social Affairs’ secretariat at Independence House to address staffing issues raised and provide encouragement for programmes in place to equip and support staff, aimed at upholding service excellence and promoting good labour relations.
